In 2019, Sixthman expanded their festivals at sea to Europe, sailing from Barcelona, Spain to beautiful Mediterranean ports. 2021 will bring sailings through the Greek Isles. In addition to festivals at sea, in 2019 Sixthman brought their innovative vacation concept to world class, all-inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic.

To register your travel agency, Register here and enter all of the requested information. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email from one of our Guest Services Ninjas requesting additional documentation such as IRS W-9 form (for US agencies only). For non-US agencies, a W-8 form or a legal entity name and address on letterhead, a copy of ARC/IATAN, CLIA certificate, NCL Agency ID OR if a US agency: copy of the agency Business License indicating travel as the principal business; if a Canadian agency: TICO license or GST.

Please note: if we do not receive the required documentation within two weeks of your agency's registration, you may not be eligible to receive your commission.

1. A request on agency letterhead from the agency owner/manager stating their intent to create a new agency profile, enabling the agency to make bookings with Sixthman.

2. A completed IRS W-9 form (for US agencies only). For non-US agencies, a W-8 form or a legal entity name and address on letterhead.

3. A copy of ARC/IATAN, CLIA certificate, NCL Agency Identification OR if a US agency: copy of the agency Business License indicating travel as the principal business; if a Canadian agency: TICO license or GST.

You may register as a Travel Agent as long as you hold a CLIA or IATA certificate.

No.  In order to be eligible for commission, the travel agent must create the reservation. Any bookings created by a guest would not be eligible for commission, nor may an agent/agency be applied to a reservation retroactively.

Via Phone: If your clients are new, you must create profiles for each and provide usernames to Ninja to book their cabins. Once complete, your agency profile and individual email address is referenced in the reservation to provide identification. If you do not want your clients to receive any correspondence about the booking, you will need to use an alternate email address for them when creating their profiles. No one email address can be used for multiple guest profiles so it will need to be different for each guest. 

Via Computer: Create profiles for each client. Book each reservation AS your client (use client's usernames to book rather than your agency username) and enter your agency profile username in the referral line. After it is booked, reach out to a ninja via email, phone, or chat to add your individual email address to the reservation (this is how we differentiate which agent at your agency booked the reservation and this is how we send out confirmation emails). If you do not want your clients to receive any correspondence about the booking, you will need to use an alternate email address for them when creating their profiles. No one email address can be used for multiple guest profiles so it will need to be different for each guest.

To make payments on behalf of your clients, you may contact our Guest Services "Ninja" Team Monday - Friday from 10 am -6 pm ET at 877-749-8462. Our Ninja Team will be able to apply payments directly to your clients booking. You also have the option to make payments on their behalf directly in your account profile.

By registering your agency, you have the ability to view all of your bookings in one place, receive commission on the bookings that your agency makes, and easily update your information.

10% Commissions are based on net cabin fare only. Hotel fare, insurance, and taxes and fees are non commissionable. Commission checks will be produced and mailed 3 to 5 weeks after the event is completed. Reservations made by travel agents are not eligible for the Event Referral program. Please note: if we do not receive the required documentation within two weeks of your agency's registration, you may not be eligible to receive your commission. Reservations must be active at the time of sailing in order to be eligible for commission. Cancelled reservations are not eligible for commission.

Travel Agents are eligible for commission on their personal booking as long as they have booked at least one full-priced cabin for a guest on the same event.  Please contact us within 14 days of booking an eligible reservation to ensure your agency is connected to it or you will not receive commission.

Contact Sixthman and let us know that you would like to organize and book the cabins under your “group”. The more reservations you book, the more you can earn.

A group is when six or more reservations are booked together under the same group leader.
